Stating the obvious

We have too much stuff. You'd think since we moved three times in the last five years we wouldn't have managed to accumulate too much, but laws yes we did.

Of course, having too much stuff isn't a problem unless you are moving.

In less than a week it will all be over. I can't wait.

Good luck with the move, Mel. Moving house is said to be one of the most stressful experiences of our lives, but it is also a new start, especially when you are moving into your own place, so that's where I'd set my sights! I am going to be doing the same thing soon, probably in February (not the best time to move house, of course) and I can hardly wait. Like yourself, I am moving into my own place and the joy of knowing that everything has been planned "just so" (from choosing floor and bathroom tiling down to having the place wired for speakers and security cameras before it is plastered so that the wiring is not visible) while it is being built makes the whole idea all the better! All the best with your house move...!

That's true Bryan. When I was fixing my place up ready to move in, I made Nova come and install their dish and wires before the plastering and even before the floor was done as the dish is on the 'wrong' side of the house to the sitting room but thanks to them doing it before the floor. You'd never know! :-)
