Astronauts used to be our heroes. Maybe they weren't above reproach, but they had a veneer of gold - all the hopes and dreams of the future and what might be. Now, an astronaut has been charged with attempted murder, all in the name of ill forsaken love.
Our world is fading, little by little.

Crazy story, isn't it? I guess the space program is like everything - the more there are of anything, like astronauts, the more likely it is that the less than honorable will be involved.
Eh, well - I wouldn't go that far. She is, after all, human. No one in humanity is exempt to psychological breakdowns, anger, rage, or passion.
