My ability to watch The Gilmore Girls is seriously impeded when my husband is on vacation for three weeks. I just wish he'd go back to work so I could go back to the continuing saga of Ta Koritsia Gilmore work on my thesis without interruptions.
Dixie, your husband is a sensible man. I think most men run when they hear the word "girls" in the title. Sure, generally speaking, females might prefer the show, but there are plenty of male-focused shows, books, and movies I've enjoyed. And it is a good show.
