We had a beautiful Christmas with my husband's family, as usual my mother-in-law fixed a fantastic meal. Not having turkey and stuffing or ham for Christmas dinner still takes some getting used to, but I'm getting there.
Round two tomorrow, with more family and more of my MIL's terrific cooking.

Mmmmmmmmm, we got close to turkey, stuffing & ham - stuffed pork - absolutely delicious! Our friends are ex-American-Greek, so maybe that influences them, their 'real American coleslaw' is a favourite. Have a good one tomorrow.

With the American Farm School in your backyard you can get the best Turkey's in Greece. I've eaten those for years now!!!
